I am in-network with BCBS Illinois PPO, Blue Choice PPOs, Aetna PPO plans, and with United/Optum PPO plans. If using insurance, you will be responsible for deductibles, copays, and other charges not paid by insurance. Some specific administrative services are not covered by insurance.

I am able to provide receipts and a Superbill to clients using out-of-network insurance, so that they can seek reimbursement from their insurance providers after the fact.

All self-pay clients will be provided with a Good Faith Estimate for their out-of-pocket costs for treatment. I also offer sliding scale options in the hopes of making therapy services more accessible. All non-clinical services cannot be billed to insurance and are self-pay.
